How difficult would it have been to answer that simple question, "what papers have you got, are they in relation to the initial negotiations for the TO agreement, or for presentation for the ML? "Sorry, you have to ask LNY management"?? The answer to that though is probably not so "simple", the actual answer could mean the difference between Christmas and who knows when, not so simple.
