Well, (surprise??) my previously very co-operative sources have closed up shop??!!
The best I can now get is that all enquiries must go through Laneway management. Not even basic stuff.

So, the last information that I had from probably the highest source from one "side" was that the papers had just been received and would soon start the process. Read into that what you like as I couldn't for the life of me extract any more detail. Start which process, the initial TO negotiations, or, the ML representations?
That was a week before the AGM!!
I'm not expanding on that with one more word as I now strongly believe that it has become apparent that outside enquiries are being made and I, for one, do not want to jeopardize what are most certainly sensitive discussions which will affect all of us.
But, I would suggest that we should not be too optimistic of an "early" outcome. Hope I',m wrong.
