If people bought up into .9c it propped the share price up as the sold shares reappeared at .8c, if they sold down it increased the wall preventing a move forward with such low volume. In my book that's game playing, nice and simple.
As I mentioned I think it is obvious who the seller was based on the top 20, where the seller has to have resided given the number of shares they just sold. If they wanted a quick gain and had been acquiring shares recently (which I'm guessing is what happened due to their recent activity) then their window to get back out at .8c was reducing as the line at .9c increased with the games being played. So they decided to pull the plug. No coincidence, more likely just out of patience and taking the opportunity before it closed.
