It seems a times that I am posting in an empty theatre. The response is basically mainly 00000 (thanks to the responders tho!).

Anyway, I persevere!

I have owned RNI shares (the name change means zilch, we know that now!!) for 3/5ths of a decade; longer than the incumbents at the top. I reckon that I know a fair bit about the company's assets - more than they do overall. I also keep my 'ear to the ground' as re the politics.

The not-insignificant voting against the re-appointment of the 2 female Ds and the strong protest votes against the performance rights issues re all Ds and the CEO clearly indicates (to me anyway) that there is some strong dis-satisfaction with management. The reason? I think I know! It's the Michael Fotios influence. Hey, if Miles Kennedy was considered a liability (sure, imperfect etc but .....) then given MF's recent big fall from grace via EGS etc, his connection has to be seen (imo anyway) as a case of going from the frying pan into the fire comparing MK with MF.

I have serious concerns about the independence of the Board. I believe, from the vote, that others share my view.

I am prepared to be the protagonist here so as to change the situation, if at all possible.
