A failure to have options approved to management. It really isn't surprising though.
A good decision imo.
Shareholders have been suffering for some time. I don't see the justification for rewarding management yet. Maybe when we turn a profit?
I don't think GR & Co are going to like this.
I remember the time management offered to take a pay cut but ONLY if they were granted options I think it was (or shares) to make up for the lost pay. If the shares weren't voted for, then they weren't going to take the pay cut. This feels a little like payback.
