Well the uprising got well and truly smashed it would seem at first cut so the family and friends survived.

Looking underneath the figures tells something else though but this is of neither value nor comfort to current holders who effectively now have a dead share holding going forward. TAU all over again.

Of the 243m shares on issue the most votes cast were 87.5m on Resolutions 2 and 3. Less than 40% voted and even less (63.8m or less than 30%) voted for Resolutions 1 and 4.

Here is a quick table of the results and also the results IF the private placement didn't go ahead. Interesting and pretty obvious to now see the purpose of the Paul Morrell placement in case some missed it being pointed out in the first place.



So sad for those existing holders that did take the effort to vote and vote correctly in time and I suspect exit strategies will be front of mind for many as a result.

As for a "new strategy" going forward" ...from farm aggregation to vertical integration to boutique to maybe contract processing or maybe some non-dairy stuff...all inside 3 years. *Phew*
