I don't see how you can say that the NT has already been explored .
The area is vast and there have not been many deep boreholes .
Tech has moved on with affordable geo-steering of bits and hydraulic fracturing if allowed . If one is relying on natural fractures for economic flow then a horizontal has a much higher chance of intersecting them .
They had to drill a lot of wells in the British part of the North Sea Oil province before a commercial find was made .
I don't see how you can say that the NT has already been...
