The AGM (IMO) seems to be once again all talk. They always like to give pie in the sky predictions with nothing ever eventuating.
They finally realized they are not a marketing company. The idiots should have realized that before they through away millions of dollars on advertising/marketing with no results.
They are running this company via trail and error and the shareholders are paying for all the errors of these inexperienced and greedy directors.
It is also very disappointing to see the director's got their free options for doing absolutely nothing.
