Ahh as always - the politician answers to questions its whats not said that provides the fuel for the debate on this thread.its was left unsaid
In previous years, the Top 20 shareholders has shown former Managing director Mr McCrae.
Has Mr McCrae sold the majority of his shares?
"Mr McCrae remains committed to CuDeco’s success and continues to be a substantial shareholder in the Company through a nominee. His shareholdings as of 31 October 2015 are listed among the Twenty Largest Shareholders in the 2015 Annual Report.
Has he sold the majority of his shares was the question ! They could have said MR McCrae has not sold any of his shares and has moved the majority of his holding to a new nominee account - - But they tell us what we already know (continues to be a substantial shareholder ) - Yes we know that its in the annual report he is still in the top 20 at position number 18 ( 2.2m in his super fund ) but what about the 7.5m shares that were in Kaldig and C/4 shares ?? and then there was the 2.7m shares transferred to Cameron a few years back - Why not just say all these shares are still there in XYZ nominees. At least give a reason to transfer them from the 2 accounts they have been in for all these years .
Under normal circumstances the above should not be hugely relevant but given we were always told to buy when W.M buys and sell when he sells a little more reassurance that the majority of his holding has not been sold would have been in order ( IMO)
Then there was the - all the NCU has been sold- how much for ??
As martis says bring on the prospectus - we await !!!
