A few days after the AGM I spoke with a guy from Lion's Corporate Development team re a possible block trade (I have 51,000 shares) with Lion as the buyer. They were very interested to learn about what Jr told me at the AGM and at the time they seemed interested in buying my shares but I refused to commit to a price other than to say that I would only accept something well north of the market price, they indicated that they'd be looking at only paying a slight premium to the takeover price ($9.40), but we were still talking.

Then for no obvious reason, they cut off all contact with me. I called back and was told that they would call me, but they never did.

Something behind the scenes is going on there.
