The shares fall back again just above $9.00.

The world wide dairy market 'looks sick' with significant over supply of dairy products particularly from Europe .

The Australian farm gate price of milk will fall. Farmers will cut back on supplementary feeding and old cows culled reducing milk production. There is no incentive for dairy framers to increase milk production. The farm gate price is not enough incentive to increase production.

I can't see WCB making a profit in this environment. Saputo should sell out and go home to Canada. They wont get what they paid for WCB if they sell!
