No argument there, that's kind of what I said - it's the stuff that's happened that's not good. I'm saying even a good competent management probably couldn't get a good farm out over the next six months. I think that's why REY have a clause that they can at least match any offer, so we don't get some rinky dink farm in like the OXX "Farm in".
