They are tiny holdings for Directors. I am not implying that Bell is behind the selling more so that for a company to put forward a Director to be so resoundingly refused by shareholders shows some disquiet amongst the ranks.
I think there was a burst of activity from day traders who thought this was on the move and once it didn't go they sold out. Got to follow volume on these small cap stocks when they are in play. Think this one goes dead for a while now. Volume dries up and share price stagnates.
I am happy to hold because such a small market cap vs potential profitability and cash holdings represents "value" at this price level.
