I do understand the slowness of the dealing and yes myself included is a bit annoyed but I also know its worth the wait once its off because it would be generating revenue and more of a longer term play into production as compare to a lot of other specs that wont go into production.
My fund manager friend said, out of 100 spec we would be lucky to pick around 1-3 that would be any good for the long run. A lot of them would be purely just play in industries that are hot at the moment ie lithium, gold and so on. He told me management is key, a good management team can make an ok project money but bad management team can screw up a world class project.
