It's been 1 month since the meeting and yet there has been no Notice released for any new shares issued.
I know that HOR has 3 months in which to issue the new shares (see Explanatory Notes to AGM Notice) and it looks like it may take that long the way things are going.
Now what's the point then in doing all of this and then not getting money in and shares out for 4 months (from the AGM Notice date) - ie end of August. Gee, the first lot of options expire 30/10.
They said that the money ($500k less costs) was to be used for exploration and development and general working capital.
The result of all of this? Nothing's happening!!
