The BoD needs to announce follow-up news quickly if it wants outside interest to return here; but apart from that reason there is a duty to act for all shareholders and keep them informed on a regular basis.
I will be extremely disappointed if nothing progressive and substantial is announced within the next week about the money-raising (share issue notices, how much $) and what the company is now going to do to advance the interests of normal shareholders who have been shunned and ignored for over 6 months now. Don't continue to keep it a family secret!!!! It's a public company listed on the ASX, remember!
