Serious issues on the bonus scheme setting long term metrics 2019 at $1 dollar SP and "Raw" earnings at $70 million, which I assume is EBIT. Board defence that the metrics were set at the time SP was 50 cents is pathetic. That was an artificially low price brought about by cap raising.
Raw earnings now forcast At $112 million and SP is 95 Cents. How does this align with shareholder interests or even Crescents?
