How many shares are currently on issue that were eligible to vote, do you know?
It would be interesting to see the percentage of total eligible votes that actually cast a vote. Sometimes the percentage is very low and as a result active voters with a keen interest in the outcome get over the line - I have seen it many times in the past (MGC for the listing is a classic example in the dairy space).
I did notice Resolution 5 got a higher degree of resistance than the other and this one was one of your major concerns.
