Thanks Berocca, I wish I could have attended myself.
Just to clarify, was the Refinery EIS to be submitted by the end of Dec 2018 or 2019?
Personally I find the result of the GM disappointing and based on @iceman747's comments regarding PB I can only see the BOD's carrying on with business as usual and their own arrogance negatively impacting the future direction of the company. Sadly IMO I do not think financial close will occur at all in 2019 (based on my own knowledge and experience however, I would love to be wrong) and now that the board have a strike against remuneration I can see future suspect capital raisings occurring over the next 12 months to reduce the likelihood of a board spill.
As @bobadah has suggested I recommend that many shareholders ask the hard questions of management by written letter or email and post them in the public forum so that management can be held accountable if they fail to the answer the shareholders concerns regarding remuneration directly before the next GM if not, the AGM.
Thanks very much Paul & Warren Brown for requesting transparency and accountability of the BOD's and rallying shareholders together in support of this. Sadly nothing has changed management wise, so we can only expect history to repeat however I do not believe the push for transparency and accountability is over.
