Id say "The Browns" Truely had Share Holders interest at heart. The fact that 49.9% of the voting share holders ran with their motion speaks volumes for their considered position. The 93 million shares issued to VINSOM were 1/3 Of the vote that retained RT. Without those votes the reverse result would have been overwhelming. Obscene is an understatement.
That said we must look ahead. We must focus on tomorrow. It is what It is.
But it is now encumbent on RT to step up and play his part 100%. Redeem yo pride by action RT. Be an independent voice on The Board. Chair with objectivity and most of all in the interests of the Holders. Open the channels of communication. Always be prepared to justify BOD decisions and yes don't forget to advise the Secretary when you don't excersise your options, its actually a legal obligation and to fail to do so is an offence.
