    I guess it means that Fotios will still have a representative director, so the removal of Barnes was somewhat pointless.
    Susan Vearncombe quoted as saying "Good luck!" on her way out, which is in character with her general level of arrogance. I'm sure she honestly believes that Auris will fail without her massive brain on the board.
