Well there you go, the 2 women have been voted off and the 2 nominated men have been voted in, and Mr Martin retains his position.

This is an interesting development though from this Notice:

'As Ms Barnes was appointed to represent the interests of a particular shareholder, Investmet Limited, a resolution of Shareholders to remove her will not (in accordance with section 203D(1) of the Corporations Act) take effect until a replacement to represent the interests of Investmet Limited has been appointed.'

Now, what does that mean?
