Hi All,

My understanding is that the company's share price was discounted as the market recognised the need for SXA to raise more cash to meet its future development obligations. Now SXA has a 'facility' in place to meet this need. Cannot see them issuing all the shares in one hit - also remember as management are major shareholders they will be looking for one thing - to maximise their wealth.
Roll on the test results.
