JJ From my experience in this stock you need to buy it when there is no good ANN. Because it realistically it is so tightly held that even a small purchase can affect the price greatly. Imagine if you try to buy when there is a great Ann like a few years ago it opened at 4.2 and ended up around 6 or more cents. Choice is yours however buying at these prices are a steal IMO. DYOR.
