My calculations is that about 4 or 5 shareholders voted Yes

HSBC has holding of 26,552,554
Okewood abstained on its vote so has 1,000,000 shares.
So remainder is 107,700 shares - likely only one or 2 people.

Voting Yes 27,660,254
Given the unusual number for HSBC ending with 554 I guess they voted Yes.

My guess is on only one person voted No.

So out of 1331 shareholders only 5 or 6 people voted.

TS and Co must be thankful for the apathy of shareholders. Or the shareholders are so annoyed with the carry on by the directors lack of competence they don't care anymore.
