Not sure I share the same excitement - am I led to believe that all this margin pressure only arrived this month - on long term CI business no way in my opinion.
The AFS has a note about added competition but given the increased sales you would have had to have been brave to predict a lowering of profit. to this extent.
I see Mr stretch reached his goals and got his incentives - Just in time it seems because the shareholders can do without dividends if this is what the share price does.
Sorry but if I were the St Bakers I would be questioning management very closely. I truly hope they are not selling into this and I hope they ask for a large degree of accountability as half the management team have all bailed. Retired , pursuing a new career ... and as an EGO shareholder not much evidence of successful management on that front as well.
Really love this stock but right now I am trying to understand how you can ring the bell on all these great achievements only to trash the next year 3 months later.
Invest in the future yes , tell me about the plan yes but in the meantime communicate better and dont pay partially franked dividends unless you have no gearing - thats my motto. Yes the share price will dive - I dont think it truly can go much lower all 5 years achievements since IPO gone in a few days!
