strauss, yeah got it. I back tracked thru the original AGM notice.
Not happy with 25%. Was gunna send in my vote by mail, but figure with Directors and Sen. Management holding ~40% of stock, my vote would be irrelevent. In saying all that, directors end up ponying up most of the $$ themselves.
Anyhow, I've averaged right down with this one (under 2.5c now), something I rarely do, and will soak up more sub 2c if they are there.
It's time to get on with things.
