Yes this is true, but when the majority of surgeons aren't using your device then what drives the lack of uptake is critical. I think even if you take away the radiotherapy concerns, you are still going to be left with the problem of excessive caution. Three out of the four surgeons on the video all thought is sounded like a good idea, but they want to see how it worked out in practice.

This caution is going to be compounded by the fact AXP is an unknown in the industry. If J&J had been pushing then I suspect the surgeons would be more willing to use it; new product, new company, new sales people all add up to a wait-and-see bias.
