I agree. However, given they have stated they have enough cash till end of year , I would hope they don't rush the next CR. So I have slightly altered your order of events:
1. New CEO
2. Signs of sales life in the next quarter.
3. SP recovers to 30c.
4. CR at 30c for $12 million to the long suffering insto's.
