I can't see any capital raise being successful unless the current board can show major sales growth or the board resigns on mass.

The company has enough money to take them well past the next quarterly report so there is no need for the insto's to rush on this. If I was them I would wait until the new CEO was in place, he puts out an update, and then consider what to do.

The more import thing is if the SP can hold around this 8c level. A fair bit of selling today and the SP has held up OK. I think there is at least one insto who thinks 8c is a good price considering the upside potential.
