    Been a very long, very bumpy road for management but it finally seems to have stabilized the company.

    NTA of 29 to 30 cents, all of which are hard assets
    Meeting the NAB LVR and ICR covenants
    Lorne Resort units finally selling

    Hopefully we can see management now being to bridge the gap between market and the NTA
