If you didn't participate in the SPP then you won't get shares. Scrip M&A transactions like this can be dilutive given the issue of shares in 3DM stock in respect for purchasing Mach7. Businesses usually only engage in M&A when it's EPS accretive overall. Doubtful at this end of the market consideration is given to EPS, but as mentioned there are certainly synergies in this transaction. Not sure when Mach's 484m shares in 3dm will start trading but this is a good thing for 3DM overall
