I think the SPP was issued at 0.075 to raise $10 million which did not get completed and only $4.3 million was raised. With the share price under 0.075 days after being issued I don't see why anyone would have purchased through the SPP as it was cheaper to just purchase on the ASX which probably explains why Mach7 waived the condition.
If Mach7 will be given 459,499,119 shares in 3DM with a total of 48.7% then that would mean there would have to be 943,530,018 shares on issue together
That would mean 3DM having 484,030,899 and Mach& having 459,499,119 shares
With the current shares on issue being 375,954,825 our current volume would need to be increased by about 28.7%
Now as I am only new to trading I don't know if what I am saying is correct or if I have interpurated this wrong but would that mean that more shares would need to be issued or will current shareholders be given 28.7% more shares with a decrease in the share price after the merger?
