Firstly, I always vote against remuneration resolutions.
Secondly, will not vote for people I've never heard of, nor know anything about.
Thirdly, (how many resolutions were there again?) out of habit and pure belligerence, I just like to piss on the parade of these overpaid shinybums.

Understood (well, sort of...)
What if the "shinybums" are doing a simply stellar job at creating value for shareholders while at the same time not abusing the other stakeholders in the company?
What if they are truly competent executives in the holistic sense of the word?
They still get the unequivocal NO from you?
Meaning that the good guys (who represent the absolute minority, I'll grant you that) get punished exactly the same as the bad guys?
