I voted my piddling few shares against everything.

I know these sort of things can be personal, but can I ask why?
(Apropos nothing, I've never seen so many resolutions put to a meeting of shareholders, but I didn't find any to be egregiously offensive to my sense of reasonableness... why, I even liked a few, especially the ones that pave the way for a potential share buyback.)
