is being taken over by Solar City, a vertically integrated installer doing PV lease back and no-cost installs

I don't know what this means for Westinghouse/CBD activities except that Zep was a functioning company taken over by an industry heavy weight for $158M of scrip whereas Westinghouse is practically bust and and has been merged with another marginal installer.

Zep is running with bulls where CBD is looking for fairy dust.
