Lets be honest - a really poor announcement in of itself. The only saving grace is if they genuinely are in advanced talks with other parties. My hope is the reason for the long suspension was trying to announce another offtake at the same time, but in the end they couldnt wait any longer, so just announced the amendment to the existing.
Here's hoping for a strong second offtake announcement.
