Well well well. No surprises at all with this long anticipated and rather lack luster announcement. For those of you who managed to get as far as the end of p3 might have noticed that they ran out of water in November and early December! Who could have believed? How do they expect to double up and keep the water levels up? More than 6 months ago I flagged the water situation and was publicly ridiculed by some posters.

If you think this announcement is bad, wait for the December  quarterly!
