I am not a fan of debt at all lean and clean, but the stake I think would be suitable for A40 would be 20-30% range construction few years down the line, shouldn't be a huge burden debt wise by that stage.
I feel like it's just necessary, KDR have gone that way MIN have gone that way PLS are going that way GXY are talking about going that way, if your not swimming your sinking in this race.
