No Henry, the clause refers to them have to agree on the formula and pricing reference for each period, and if they can't, it defaults to $880.
Lithium pricing is not transparent, so negotiations are involved.
In theory A40 could play hardball and disagree with anything below $880, but that is what is known as a "bad faith negotiation" or a "d1ck move".
