Quite a lot to digest in this announcement. No wonder it took so long to come through particularly over the holiday break.
First pass through, looks very positive. The linking to carbonate pricing mechanism is a bit annoying but it brings it in line with our peers.
Need to review this more thoroughly over a coffee.
