why didn’t he take a salary or was this always the plan to use what was owed to get a heap of cheap shares........ I think this reeks
 

When the company were issuing cheap CN to employees, I wondered how Rogers was going to get his share...I even thought his mother may have been the tea lady but no he arranged his back in 2016, 


Rogers certainly planned this well in advance, 2016 he was puting his plans together
