Typo in my previous post should have said "without" full audits of operations and accounts..we don't have enough knowledge. To D1326 this announcement just says Rogers will be available. Again without specifics I would take this as 'not employed or continuing in his capacity', but simply being 'available' to meet with the incoming Board for advice and to answer questions where they may need clarification of what has been going on. Can't comment on the company culture because I have no information on this, but it is an extremely valid concern to raise.
