I don't understand why the responses are so unbelievably badly...

I don't understand why the responses are so unbelievably badly written. Other announcements by the company such as the Notice of Annual Meeting are so competently written. Do they want to get delisted? I would assume this would be against their interests, but perhaps not.

Also, I know they are obviously hiding things. But is this just because they are incompetent at running the company legally, or that they have some larger shady plot?
