The fact is West Coast that the selling only started and accelerated after the market digested the announcement .It takes a while for brokers to work it out and then get on to their clients/whatever.
Personally I can't see any more in it than Inspector Clouseau in charge of the ship . Unnecesarry ,reactionary and scaring the natives.
If you're of a conspiratorial nature you can read more into it than that but to be honest why would they bother ? .To me it's just a case of someone jumping at shadows for no reason ,right at the time when the stock had reached an important technical level . Just dumb stuff
