That is a straw clutcher, especially point 2 IMHO.
They have not improved on the price so point 1 is a massive positive for DOW sholders. 2) That to me seemed administrative and is just a way that the DOW Board is using to pressure SPO sholders into accepting to the degree required otherwise deal is off.
