REALLY? So if we don't vote yes, after losing 97c we might lose the remaining 3c? lol. But if we do vote yes, we get to keep the remaining 3c but also get to stump up capital numerous times over the next couple of years to keep what 8? management staff in salaries and consulting fees for yet another self-proclaimed marginal (2 of 3) projects?
No. At this point in a casino after losing 97c in the dollar, I take my remaining 3c off the poker table and go over the the roulette table and put it on a single number.
