My holding was in the top 20 at the printing of the last annual report and after a phone call with Ken (I called) I did take up my rights in the last capital raising. Since then I have reduced my holding with capital losses of aprox $150K. I still have a substantial holding and have not heard from the directors on this proposal.
My proxy went today - NO.
I cannot believe the arrogance of the current directors.
