Has anyone given any thought to tabling a 'minority' motion to remove all current directors's and replace the current Board. (is this possible ? given that its not an AGM ?)
The problem as I see it is that even if the current proposal is voted down, the existing management and board will remain in control of KEY ... and could just take the 'do nothing' option and continue to draw their salaries (and consultancy fees!) as they run the company completely into the ground. With $2M cash on hand; roughly $350K per quarter in revenue and a burn rate of $600K per quarter in 'administrative' costs (includes 'exploration and evaluation - but in this case thats just another name for administration), we would only have 18-24 months remaining before we are well and truly in receivership.
