I have a significant portfolio of shares totaling multiple millions of $ in approx 20 companies. I have to say that the Directors of KEY would rank last on my list when it comes down to their decision making and honesty with shareholders.

I cannot believe that they have failed to complete UK drilling when it was stated that this would be a priority when purchase was completed 2 years ago and funds were raised for this purpose.

I also find it astounding that they make an announcement prior to last capital raising at 4c that Directors would support this raising. They then contributed the princely sum of $1400 with Directors Wilkins and Russell not taking up 1 single share of their entitlement.

I have completely lost faith in these people who seem to be more intent on continuing to drawing salaries and fees whilst running this company into the ground.

I am sorry but the merry go around is about to stop.

I have voted "NO" for over 1.2M shares that I control.
